Late Harvest

 

These wines are made from partly botrytised bunches and are named according to their grape variety. Furmint, Muscat, Hárslevelű. With little or even no maturing in barrel, these products keep a lot freshness and a high acidity, while having more or less residual sugar.

These wines are good: Apereitif, foie gras, poultry with fruit, cheese-cake, apple pie, white fruit charlotte.

Dry Wines

 

Fresh and fruity the dry wines highlight the varietal aromas of noble and traditional Tokaj grape varieties. Furmint, Muscat and Hárslevelű.

These wines are very nice with shellfish, seafood, grilled or raw fish, cooked pork meats.

Szamorodni

 

This word of Polish orgin means. As it grew. This wine is made from partly botrytised bunches without selection of the botrytised ( aszú ) berries. Both its dry and sweet versions are excellent aperitifs.
